Sorted

Sorted is an AI file organizer that turns scattered files into a private local library that keeps organizing itself. It watches folders like Downloads for new arrivals, extracts content from PDFs, scans, images and Office documents, adds useful tags and proposes a clear destination only when a separate folder actually helps. It finds exact and visual duplicates, applies custom rules that always win, and lets you search by meaning rather than filename. You can ask follow-up questions about your documents and get answers with citations to the exact page, and at tax time export a reviewable Tax Pack with the source documents your accountant needs. All of it runs locally on your Mac. Key Features: - Watched Folders: new files are read, tagged and routed automatically as they arrive - Duplicate Review: find exact and visually similar duplicates and clean them up safely - Meaning-Based Search: find documents by what they contain, not what they were named - Cited Answers: ask questions about your files and open the cited page to verify - Custom Rules and Tax Pack: route and tag files your way and export organized tax records Sorted is a local, AI-powered file organizer for Mac that tidies, deduplicates and lets you search and question your documents for a one-time $9.99.
