Meowse is an all-in-one mouse app for your Mac's menu bar that improves how your mouse works and keeps your Mac awake. It turns mouse wheel notches into smooth glides in every app, reverses the wheel separately from the trackpad, and lets you speed up, slow down, reshape or turn off acceleration for external mice. Side buttons can go back and forward in apps or trigger shortcuts, and modifier keys let Option scroll faster, Shift scroll sideways and Command skip smoothing. Games and 3D tools can be excluded, while trackpads and the Magic Mouse are left alone. A Keep Awake feature holds your Mac awake for 15 minutes to 4 hours, until a set time or indefinitely, even with the lid closed, and Wiggle Cursor nudges the pointer when you're idle. It uses under 9 MB of memory and 0% CPU when idle.
