NotchMemo
Make your Mac notch actually useful.

NotchMemo is a private macOS app that puts productivity tools in the notch at the top of your screen, so you can talk to it, glance at it and paste from it. Hold fn to ask questions, dictate into any text field or run voice actions like drafting messages and emails, which you always send yourself. Its dictation cleans up speech, and it can transcribe calls on your Mac and save summaries, action items and transcripts as Markdown. A day timeline shows worked time, breaks and app use for up to 30 days, and break reminders pause when you step away. Screenshots are copied automatically to a shelf, clipboard history is searchable and skips passwords, and extras include notification history, a teleprompter, music controls, AirDrop, an evening recap, themes and a companion character called Memo. It works with Apple Intelligence or your own AI keys, needs no account and keeps your data in a local database.
Key Features:
- Voice in the Notch: ask, dictate and run voice actions with fn
- Meeting Notes: on-device call transcripts saved as Markdown
- Day Timeline and Breaks: worked time, app use and reminders
- Screenshot Shelf and Clipboard: searchable history that skips passwords
- Handy Extras: teleprompter, music, AirDrop and notification history
NotchMemo turns the notch into a private voice, clipboard and focus hub, with a one-time price of $19 (often on sale for $9) and no subscription.
