Local domains and persistent Public URLs

LocalCan FAQ
Can AI agents like Claude Code use LocalCan?+
Yes. LocalCan ships an MCP server, so agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor can create Public URLs, publish Snapshots, set passwords and debug webhooks over MCP or the CLI.
Can I use LocalCan without a subscription?+
Yes. There's a free plan, plus a one-time Lifetime License at $189 covering 2 devices, 10 Public URLs, 4 custom domains and a year of updates.
How does pricing work for a team?+
Flat per-seat billing. The Teams plan is $45/month with 3 seats included, then $15 per seat per month — no usage or overage bills.
What does LocalCan store, and is our traffic private?+
Regional edge servers keep a tunnel between two people in the same city inside that city, and traffic can be locked down with a password, a secret link, or IP rules.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes — 2 custom domains on Solo, 4 on Pro, and unlimited on Teams.
Do you offer SSO and enterprise security?+
Yes. The Teams plan includes Okta SSO with SCIM provisioning, RBAC and roles, an audit log, and shared access policies.
What roles and permissions do teams get?+
RBAC with user roles and team-level access policies, so one policy can be shared across many URLs.
How many team members can I invite?+
The Teams plan allows unlimited team members.
