SkillKeeper
See what your AI coding setup actually runs.

SkillKeeper is a macOS menu bar app, and a Claude Code mod for Windows, Linux and Mac, that shows what your AI coding setup actually runs. It reads your local session logs from Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI and Cursor and breaks usage down by skill, agent, tool, MCP server, command, memory file, hook and plugin, showing how often each one ran and how many tokens it spent over 5 hours, a day, a week or a month. Hooks show the time they add to your work, and MCP servers and plugins show what they cost. Agents display the skills they call, so you can see how your setup is really wired. SkillKeeper flags loops, clashing triggers, new skills and skills that never fire, and lets you edit a skill's description and triggers right from the menu bar without opening a file. Everything is read on your computer and never uploaded.
Key Features:
- Token Breakdown: every skill, agent, tool and MCP server ranked by tokens
- Hidden Costs: see the time hooks add and what MCP servers and plugins cost
- Setup Wiring: agents shown with the skills they call
- Attention Flags: loops, clashing triggers and skills that never fire
- Edit in Place: tweak skill descriptions and triggers from the menu bar
SkillKeeper gives you a clear view of where your AI coding tokens go, with a free plan for the weekly view and a one-time $19 license that unlocks everything.
