Herdbell is a macOS menu bar app that monitors Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor and Google Antigravity from a popup at your cursor. A session list shows each agent, project, status and elapsed time, and your pointer glows when an agent needs you, with optional sound and notifications. You can allow or deny commands, with risky ones requiring a second confirmation, and send quick replies or custom messages. An activity log records each session's commands, edits and errors, and agents connect in one click through their hooks with a backup saved first. Context Bridge builds a local handoff summary for another agent without calling an AI model, and everything stays on your Mac.
